For areas outside that vicinity, we can email a quote. If you would prefer to come to a studio, we can arrange that as well in lovely Greenwood Lake, NY.

At LaLa Zen, we believe in the combined power of yoga, meditation, touch and sound to induce and guide you in your healing journey.

Private Yoga and Sound Bath - 1 1/2 hours - $150

Yoga of your choice - Vinyasa adds more movement. But you can choose Yoga Nidra which is more of a meditation practice. Includes Reiki add-on. Up to 3 people.

Trauma Healing - 2 hours - $225 - One on one session.

Includes:

  • 10 minute meditation

  • 45 minute sound bath with gong, singles bowls, drum and chimes.

  • Chakra reading and re-aligning with Tibetan bowl. and tuning fork.

  • Emotional trauma release with drumming.

  • Reiki add-on

Group Sound Bath - 1 1/2 hours: see pricing below - 4 0r more people

$200 for the event and includes up to 8 people. $30 each additional person.

Add 45 minutes yoga: $50

Add per person massage (NJ only): $80 each (minimum 3 people)

Sound Bath with Massage - 1 hour - $200

Yoga Nidra with Reiki- 1 1/4 hours - $125

We begin with restorative poses and move on to meditative Yoga Nidra. We believe that the combination of meditation and reiki can lead the body and mind to relax and allow healing to occur. We will also teach you how to perform a daily Reiki ritual on yourself to continue your own journey after the session ends. No instruments are used. Instead, soft music will play during the session.

Meditation with Sound Bath to improve self-love and personal power - $125

We can create these meditations to suit your specific need. We use the power of suggestion while your brain is in the alpha and theta states to aid the body or mind in healing. This sound bath does not include the gong but is more focused on gentle instruments as well as a guided meditation. Includes Reiki Add-on.
