Welcome to LaLa Zen

Hi. I’m April Estrada. I formed LaLa Zen many years ago to sell crystals and new age products. But then I discovered yoga and it transformed my life. I became a yoga teacher, SUP yoga instructor, and then moved on to becoming a sound bath practitioner and Reiki healer. I believe we are able to find healing through movement, meditation, touch and sound. I have experienced this first-hand. And now I believe it’s my mission to share what I have learned with others. Lala Zen was named after my older daughter because my little one couldn’t pronounce her name, so she called her “LaLa”. I named the business after Lala because she is the most peaceful person I’ve ever known. She is who started me on this journey, and I hope to be a blessing to others the way Lala has been a blessing to me.
